La Villa is a beautiful beachfront Colonial style building located in the west end of the main island of the Islands of Puerto Rico,  in a quiet and hidden beach at the end of 441 street in the town of Aguada, known as City of Discovery (by Christopher Columbus arrival to Puerto Rico), Aguada is just between Aguadilla (20 minutes) and Rincon (10 minutes).

 

La Villa is a 3 story building that counts on 4 equal sized apartments. Even same size, apartments has different accommodation and are decorated different with a special touch. All have a balcony facing the Atlantic Ocean and the beach. Each apartment is equipped with all amenities to make you feel like in home.

 

In 1st floor is a terrace/lounge area, wooden deck, outside kitchen and BBQ for common use. In 2nd floor are found aprtments #3 and #4, in 3rd floor found Penthouses I and II.
